The Analyst Construction and Design Operations Projects provides critical support for construction and design initiatives, assisting in the management of business-critical projects. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with cross-functional teams to support workflow efficiency, data analysis, and reporting. The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring smooth execution of projects but does not serve as a primary leader or decision-maker.
Job Description:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study required
Work Experiences:
- 3+ years of experience supporting complex and integrated projects
- Experience in a Retail Real Estate and/or Commercial Real Estate environment preferred
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate, project management principles, and relevant legal terminology
- Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and process improvement preferred
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Real Estate, Design, Construction, Lease Administration, Finance, Store Operations, and Legal
- Quick learner who is a team player
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams
- Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities to support project execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to track project milestones and assist in reporting on progress
Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project performance
- Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure alignment with goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and coordination
- Help identify risks and issues and escalate them to senior analysts or leadership as needed
- Prepare reports and data visualizations to support decision-making and leadership updates
- Contribute to process improvement efforts by assisting in identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimizations
- Assist in creating written documentation for processes, procedures, and project updates
- Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of construction and design operations projects
- Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

- Regular office attendance required
- Up to 10% travel, as needed
