Construction and Design Operations Projects Analyst

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field of study required

Work Experiences:

• 3+ years of experience supporting complex and integrated projects
• Experience in a Retail Real Estate and/or Commercial Real Estate environment preferred
• Basic understanding of commercial real estate, project management principles, and relevant legal terminology
• Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and process improvement preferred
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Real Estate, Design, Construction, Lease Administration, Finance, Store Operations, and Legal
• Quick learner who is a team player

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to collaborate across teams
• Ability to remain organized, detail-oriented, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities to support project execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Strong ability to track project milestones and assist in reporting on progress

Responsibilities:

• Support senior team members in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project performance
• Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure alignment with goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution and coordination
• Help identify risks and issues and escalate them to senior analysts or leadership as needed
• Prepare reports and data visualizations to support decision-making and leadership updates
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by assisting in identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimizations
• Assist in creating written documentation for processes, procedures, and project updates
• Provide administrative and analytical support to ensure smooth execution of construction and design operations projects
• Duties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Regular office attendance required
• Up to 10% travel, as needed
• Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
• Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
