Summary:

In this role, you will connect leaders to learn from each other, improve through collaboration, and build solutions to health care's most pressing problems. In coordination with the Associate Vice President, Member Networks, you will develop and implement new approaches and strategies to enhance, engage, retain and grow networks membership. You will share strategic insights to advance the industry by providing cutting-edge research, relevant data, actionable insights, and proven expertise to help organizations deliver exceptional care. This will involve active collaboration with select providers and provider networks; and the broader Vizient ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the AVP to plan, organize and facilitate network meetings, executive advisory committees, task forces, and webinars to deliver networks communications, agendas, and content within budget, with appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs), and with high satisfaction and value to providers and Vizient.

  • Integrate knowledge of trends and the changing landscape of health systems to develop content for Network(s).

  • Manage provider network engagement, including communications, provider presentations, connections with Vizient solutions and services and participation in network offerings.

  • Oversee development, planning and delivery of provider-specific community platform queries, new provider onboarding, issue identification and resolution, and provider-to-provider collaboration communications.

  • Develop provider engagement proposals in collaboration with internal stakeholders/sales organization to present to provider as One Vizient.

  • Support revenue generation through provider retention, proactively identify opportunities for provider sales growth, and work with sales team to respond to provider inquires for additional services.

  • Engage in measuring, tracking, and improving provider engagement, provider retention and provider recruitment in partnership with leadership.

  • Develop and execute provider presentations, respond to provider inquiries to connect providers to Vizient capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred; Master's or Doctorate desired.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience leading physician teams.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with physician leaders, fostering trust and engagement to drive collaboration, alignment, and meaningful impact.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with healthcare leaders, particularly in the C-suite.

  • Ability to interpret and discuss operational, clinical, and financial healthcare data and analytics preferred.

  • Experience with health systems, healthcare consulting, or provider networks preferred.

  • Ability to develop and present educational or expert content effectively to executive audiences.

  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong project management, planning, and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office products.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
