GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for managing complex marketing projects and resource allocation to ensure that the project is completed on time. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and to resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. This role leads a team of project managers.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with business partners to ensure all proper requirements and supporting development deliverables are accounted for and well documented.
• Initiates, compiles, audits and assembles all project resources and reporting materials for key stakeholders based on agreed upon reporting lines and methods.
• Evaluates project risk, changes and issues, including development of contingency plans and solution and process alternatives.
• Ensures that resources assigned to the project have all the tools and information needed to perform their project tasks.
• Manages marketing projects and provides tactical and strategic input to the project.
• Works with vendors and contractors, as needed.
• Monitors issues between projects and resolves project conflict.
• Supervises team of project managers.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent, with 4-7 years of experience.
• Project management certification or equivalent work experience is a plus.
• Experience with project management software is a plus (i.e., Workfront or related tools.)
