Bolton & Menk is looking to add an Engagement Manager to our team in our Raleigh office! We are looking to add an Engagement Manager who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in a Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Community while being engaged on project assignments serving our municipal, federal, industrial, and other clients! This is a Part-time opportunity What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinates directly with Engagement Designers, Engagement Specialists, Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Clients to deliver collateral for public projects
- Coordinates the design of print materials, including flyers, postcards, door hangers, info sheets, maps, boards, visual summaries, and other requested collateral
- Coordinates the design of digital materials, including websites, social media graphics, and other requested collateral
- Upholds and elevates client brand standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all deliverables
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Facilitates focus groups and meetings
- Identify new practices and procedures to streamline and improve deliverables
- Works on proposal and business development efforts
What We Are Looking For:
- 8+ years experience in managing projects and writing marketing communications such as press releases, newsletters, infographics, email, website content, and social media preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field from an accredited College or University
- Strong skills in client needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service (reviewing designs and proofreading) prior to publishing or printing, and evaluation of client satisfaction
- General understanding of engineering, construction, and planning industry, knowledge of marketing/client databases, and knowledge of proposal processes is preferred
