Department: Branding & Creative Services

Reports To: Brand Manager

Salary Range: $71,171 to $106,757 annually, plus bonus opportunity

We're looking for a visionary Creative Services Manager to lead a talented team of designers, writers, and content creators-developing eye-catching visuals, compelling content, and strategic campaigns that truly connect with our audiences.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Manage a high-performing creative team, ensuring high-quality work across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards while finding innovative ways to tell our story.
  • Oversee the development of digital and print materials, ensuring all deliverables are polished, strategic, and engaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to develop and execute creative ideas while ensuring alignment with deadlines and budgets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and explore new ways to enhance our creative approach.


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, fine arts, related field or equivalent Dot experience.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in graphic design, art direction, or branding, with a focus on managing and developing creative teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and a deep understanding of marketing trends.
  • Experience integrating creative design with strategic business initiatives.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  • Strong understanding of digital user experience and print production processes.


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience using audience journey maps.
  • Understanding of AP Stylebook guidelines.
  • Proven success in project management and balancing competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of agile marketing methodologies.


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Supervision: Manage and develop a team of graphic designers, content writers, and web designers.
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel required to company meetings or functions. Must have the ability to travel independently, as need, by all modes of transportation, including car, bus, train or plane.
