Senior Product Design Lead - CIT Operations

The Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) at SEI is growing rapidly and is seeking new members for its Collective Investment Trust (CIT) business. Our primary goal is to provide an exceptional client experience to our clients in this evolving new market. SEI is seeking to hire a Senior Product Design Lead in our Collective Investment Trust (CIT) business. This individual will work closely with our Technology Solutions Organization.

What you will do:

  • You will help us retain and grow our existing CIT business through client engagement ("listening tours") to understand opportunities to create industry leading solutions
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for developing and modifying our capabilities/tools (Onboarding, Automation, Reporting)
  • Lead the strategic vision to enhance existing onboarding tool, an application designed to digitize and streamline the onboarding of CITs
  • Assist with building operational interfaces with record keepers, asset managers, and retirement platform providers.
  • Support product development / enhancements to client reporting capabilities
  • You will leverage your experience with DC aggregators to help identify, assess and build a strategic CIT roadmap focused on product vision and management (discovery/delivery/maintenance) with accountability toward building diversified revenue streams.
  • You will develop Relationships within other SEI Solutions and Operations Groups.
  • Support and help manage existing clients where they raise the need for new services or product requirements, validate these requirements with the wider market and also validate against SEI's own service and product direction. Where deemed a bespoke enhancement, price the delivery of that enhancement for the client and work with development partners to deliver.
    Ensure that subject knowledge is kept up to date, industry initiatives and events are followed and understood.
  • Understand whom are competitors are along with their strengths and weaknesses and help build our solution and sales strategy to assist SEI in winning new business and keep existing clients.
    You will expand industry knowledge and network.

What we need from you:

  • Minimum 10 years investment management/operations experience in the Collective Investment Trust space
  • Proven track-record with leading large-scale product design, customer experience management, user experience strategy and leadership
  • DC Aggregator market experience
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight delivery schedules.
  • Ability to connect with clients and establish trusted relationships.
  • Positive, hard working, diligent attitude.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
