Location: Hybrid (Alsip & Home) Summary: The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing and improving the profitability of specific business segments within Griffith Foods in alignment with our company strategy. The role delivers complex business analytics and leads the development of recommendations to senior leadership and Sales to guide key business decisions with a direct impact to our company performance and strategy initiatives. Support sales with pricing activities with a focus on margin improvement; business analytics and sales reporting. Recommend and develop improvements to the existing pricing process, guidelines, and strategies. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for pricing action. Implement long and short-term business and pricing strategies to achieve profit and growth objectives. Lead analysis for senior leadership, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute value-added pricing strategies and business proposals. Responsible for providing reports on incentives and global corporate reporting. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
