The Sr. Manager, Talent Planning & Analytics (TPA) will report to the Director, Talent Data & Systems within the HR function. They are accountable for the strategy and execution of the TPA department, including headcount and personnel cost planning, workforce and people analytics, and the coaching & developing of a team of two direct reports. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 7+ years of quantitative work experience in HR analytics, workforce planning and/or financial analysis Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or I/O Psychology/Design preferred Experience leading teams in a business environment Experience leading projects and processes with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a global, matrixed organization a plus. Experience translating technical information for non-technical audiences, and telling stories with data Advanced-level Excel skills Strong influencing skills Superior attention to detail Experience with SAP HR, SAP BI, or Anaplan a plus Travel 0-10% Permanent Benefits eligible
