Senior Customer Success Manager | Automotive

Join Epicor and drive customer success in the Automotive Industry! As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying and leveraging company-wide resources to address any customer satisfaction, growth, risk or opportunity in a portfolio of customers. You will help customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value they receive from Epicor products.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and support a portfolio of automotive customers day-to-day with data warehouse reporting and analytics, including Program Groups, Warehouse Distributors, and Manufacturers.
  • Lead routinely scheduled meetings and ad-hoc sessions with customers, driving and communicating all customer inquiries independently while bringing in strategic team players as needed.
  • Scope customer requirements and communicate clearly to key stakeholders, understanding team roles and responsibilities to align with supporting the customers.
  • Understand the various reporting and analytics customers are utilizing, such as stocking recommendations, product type competitor analysis, and brand performance.
  • Prioritize urgent issues and inquiries, bringing in the appropriate team players in a timely manner.

What you will likely bring:

  • Capability to manage a variety of large, multi-national, and multi-site customers, exuding confidence with multi-tasking and frequently pivoting from one inquiry to another.
  • Ability to adapt, be self-motivated, have strong time management skills, and embrace change.
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, capable of continued growth, determination in driving data/product quality, and process-driven.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (such as MicroStrategy), project management tools (such as Jira), and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills, highly collaborative.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • Experience working with retail-based customers and big data (automotive preferred but not required).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Range:

Minimum: $60,000.00 USD Maximum: $140,000.00 USD
