Indirect Lending Intern

Sound Credit Union is currently seeking an Indirect Lending for our 2025 Summer Internship Program! Your compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $20.00 - 22.00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $20.00 - $24.00.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

• Support loan application processing by reviewing and ensuring completeness of documentation and assist in maintaining accurate loan records in the CUDL system.
• Assist in audits of indirect loans, facilitate dealer communication, conduct market research, and uphold member satisfaction and brand expectations while participating in meetings and providing clerical support as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and have completed one full year of study.
• Must be 18 years or older.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our hours:

Our interns can work anywhere form 20 - 40 hours a week depending on your availability and our team's needs. A typical schedule for this role is in-person schedule Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm

In your in-person role you will be engaging with team members on a day-to-day basis as the face of Sound Credit Union! Your active participation with coworkers and managers is an essential part of your impactful work.

Our Hiring Process:

• Offers made in April, 2025.
• Internship terms are a 3-month period (May-August or June-September).
