Employee Engagement Intern

Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Employee Engagement Intern for our 2025 Summer Internship Program! Your compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $20.00 - 22.00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $20.00 - $24.00.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

• Support employee engagement through event planning and logistics coordination, including managing recognition programs and contributing to the wellness program and logo wear distribution.
• Assist in training material preparation, provide administrative support for programs, respond to employee inquiries, and research best practices to enhance engagement strategies and internal communications.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and have completed one full year of study.
• Must be 18 years or older.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our hours:

Our interns can work anywhere form 20 - 40 hours a week depending on your availability and our team's needs. A typical schedule for this role is hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8 am - 4:30 pm.

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.

Our Hiring Process:

• Applications accepted through March 7th, 2025.
• Candidate screenings in March and April, 2025.
• Offers made in April, 2025.
• Internship terms are a 3-month period (May-August or June-September).
