SUMMARY This position will be primarily focused on First Interstate Bank's Enterprise Content Management (ECM) bank systems, focused on document processing and retention. Implement, enhance, document and support assigned software applications and assist various internal departments with further development of applications. This position is responsible for serving as the primary contact between the vendor and business unit and will work with management and project teams regularly to resolve outstanding issues and complete routine to complex tasks and project deliverables. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university and one plus (1+) years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good understanding of banking, regulations and compliance required. Good understanding of database design and integration required; Experience with bank applications and software administration experience preferred. OTHER SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to remain objective and professional in times of conflict. Must be a self-starter; Ability to work independently or with a team; Ability to properly prioritize workload and remain adaptable under pressure; Must have strong organizational and analytical skills; Must possess a solid balance of technical and business knowledge. Must possess skill mastery and aptitude to easily take on new applications. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
