About the role:
In this Product Management role, you'll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build, roll-out and enhance new products for the rapidly changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way, the world pay, banks and invests, you'll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected. This role focuses on Digital Banking Solutions, providing the connection between the customers of FIS's banking clients and all the relevant capabilities those customers need to manage their money.

About the team:
Your peers will be numerous experienced product managers. You'll collaborate deeply with the product managers, technology partners, client support and sales colleagues to ensure that our Digital Banking Solutions are delivering the value that our clients expect.

What you will be doing:

• Understanding user and market needs to inform product priorities.
• Analyzing user behavior in the digital solutions to find opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing and presenting product strategies that describe opportunities to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Leading development of product requirements documents to provide direction for product development.
• Collaborating with engineering partners to more deeply define and develop solutions.
• Managing key vendor relationships, from alignment to opportunity to on-going product alignment.

What you will need:

• 5 or more years of recent experience in product management, preferably in digital banking and/or software.
• Financial/banking or software industry skills, planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
• A bachelor's in business, marketing, technology or the equivalent experience.
• Intense curiosity about the connection between digital experience and client results. Would it help if they were in an analytical role like some source of analyst?
• Strong ability to lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams.

Added bonus if you have:

• Experience managing a product that is sold to businesses
• Experience in software product management experience
• Experience with products including deposits, checking/savings, lending, investments/wealth
• Experience analyzing customer behavior is highly valued but should come along with using that analysis to frame up opportunities.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products.
