As a Network Assurance Engineer working the overnight shift of 11 p.m. - 7 a.m. or 12 a.m. - 8 a.m., you will be responsible for an expert level knowledge in trouble tickets, outage communications, and process issues for internal and external customers. As a part of a highly visible team, you are accountable for ensuring high network availability and attainment of service levels.
