SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Cybersecurity Business Analyst's role is to support the Cybersecurity Operations team to collect and compile real-time data for project development and implementation. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Business Analyst will perform requirements gathering, gap analysis, remediation tracking, and manage small work efforts and other initiatives as assigned. The Cybersecurity Business Analyst scope of interaction will include Cybersecurity Operations but also Information Technology, other Bank business units, and external vendors. This is a fully remote position. Applicants must reside in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Texas or Colorado. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document business requirements, and structure data. Responsible for analyzing business models and projects to define scope, requirements, tracking, and gap assessments for Cybersecurity Operations projects and initiatives. Build effective Business Requirements Documents for assigned work efforts and initiatives. Manage all audit response tracking for Bank-assigned audits on behalf of Cybersecurity Operations. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for process improvement and lead conversations to discuss data driven changes or improvements. Collaborate with various teams and vendors to effectively maintain proper communications for all projects and requests assigned to Cybersecurity Operations. Experience supporting requirements and associated analysis for Cloud platforms and vendor SaaS offerings. Build/maintain standard Dashboard reporting for Cybersecurity Operations metrics for management and steering committee reporting. Create and distribute all Cybersecurity Operations team communications. Function as PM to manage small work efforts as assigned by Cybersecurity Operations Manager. Plan, manage, and lead Cybersecurity Operations team events (annual cybersecurity summit, holiday team meetings, etc.) Prepare collateral for weekly Cybersecurity Operations team meetings (agenda, presentation, reminders, calendar planning) Capture and disseminate meeting minutes and action item for Cybersecurity and other team meetings where necessary. Responsible for team organization (General Sharepoint updates, maintenance, changes, changes, PTO calendar, On Call Schedule) Manage Cybersecurity Documentation Repository and annual alignment, review, and updates. Ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and execute on deliverables. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Driven person possessing knowledge and experience in the various techniques to elicit, analyze, and communicate requirements. Technical aptitude to understand complex situations and translate them into defined, trackable business requirements.

Qualifications, Education, and Certification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from a regionally accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field. Experience: Five (5) or more years of business analyst experience, preferably within a Technology or Information Security team. Certifications/Specific Knowledge: Familiarity and comfort management various business analysis methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, hybrids, etc.
A strong security mindset, understanding of financial sector regulatory requirements, program management and security best practices. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint,etc)
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES Required annual compliance training, New Employee Orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports. An extensive amount of time will be on phone calls or virtual meetings. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk. WORK ENVIRONMENT Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. TRAVEL Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
In accordance with Colorado law: Colorado pay for this position is anticipated to be between $81,097.80 - $129,546.62 , actual offers to be determined based on applicant's skills, experience and education.
