Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in Westlake, OH. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • The role involves developing new business with existing and new customers and providing technical support to customers and channel partners.
  • The role also involves bringing in new insights on applications we serve and feeding into new ideas by developing relationships across the value chain.
  • The role supports the execution of sales strategy for the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico, and LATAM).
  • Responsible for representing the client at various technical forums and supporting marketing activities for Specialty Black products in the USA, ensuring the achievement of product qualification targets and helping to build a good reputation for the client with customers and partners.
  • Tech Support to customers and channel partners.
  • Regular interactions with customers' technical departments.
  • Providing product recommendations and guidance on processing.
  • Own full evaluation end-to-end cycle.
  • Regular visits to customers and channel partners.
  • Number of new customers added.
  • Number of qualifications for new products.
  • Provide regular feedback to internal teams on evaluations.
  • Regular and timely updates to the team.
  • Own the BD process for the Americas.
  • Build professional working relationships with internal stakeholders - segment leads, tech leads, plants, and QC teams
  • Engagement Process.
  • Quality Complaint.
  • Management.
  • Own the quality management process for the Americas.
  • Understand the complaint and work with internal stakeholders to resolve it.
  • Be the SPOC for all communications with customers with respect to quality.
  • Number of QC issues resolved.
  • Develop deeper expertise in carbon black application - plastics, inks, coatings, adhesives, sealants, and batteries.
  • Regular training (internal and external), interactions with the value chain, and self-motivation for continuous learning on carbon black applications.
  • Expertise in identified end applications.
  • Understand the regulatory landscape and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Continue to scan the regulatory and compliance landscape. Inform/ act on any change that impacts business.
  • Regular scanning and internal stakeholder engagement.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $80000 - $120000/year.

Hours: 40 hours/week.
