The Group You'll Be A Part Of

The Global Operations / Order Fulfillment Factory Planning Group. The Order Fulfillment Factory Planning group sets the overall global manufacturing build plan to meet customer demand by establishing and aligning Operations partners on point of manufacturing (POM) & inventory/materials requirements across all Lam factory locations.

The Impact You'll Make

In the Project Manager role, within the Global Capacity Planning Team, you will play a critical role in driving creative solutioning to product & factory constraints to meet customer demand & priorities. You will also support key factory qualification & transitions as new products mature in configuration design & migrate to high volume factory locations globally.

What You'll Do
  • Communicate factory and supply chain capacity limitations to shape overall build plan.
  • Align strategies & timeline to address unmitigated risks to US build plan & unique risk builds utilizing global factory network solutions & modeling.
  • Support weekly utilization reviews & escalations with local stakeholders as part of slotting cycle process.
  • Measure & track US factory router performance, close on opportunities for cycle time reductions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes & applications from a global perspective.
  • Build solutions that will improve capacity planningbusiness processes and support critical business strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights for management to support decision making through data collection and analysis.
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure execution, manage risks, assure adherence to program or project schedules, and performance to meet business requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
  • Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or relative discipline.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in a similar role or other related Operations discipline.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholderswith members located at all Lam factory locations globally.
  • Strong organizational skills in strategy & executive level communications.
  • Excellent people skills, project management skills, with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc..).

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
