Department Summary Department summary: Position Overview The Student Services Specialist will provide excellent customer service and support to UNTHSC students. This position will assist in providing on-site operational support, planning events, development of programming, outreach efforts, and preparing and maintaining databases. This position fosters student success by ensuring services and resources are accessible and efficiently maintained and delivered. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Exceptional customer service Skills Preferred Qualifications * Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities Required License/Registration/Certifications Valid Driver's License Job Duties:
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required for divisional events Trips to pick up items for food pantry and clothing closet with-in normal working hours required Driving University Vehicle: Yes Security Sensitive: This is a Security Sensitive Position.
