Department Summary The UNT Psychology Clinic is a public-facing mental health clinic housed within the Department of Psychology at UNT. This site is where doctoral students in the Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology programs get their initial training in provision of mental health and assessment services. Position Overview This position would be responsible for providing administrative support for the graduate student program in the psychology clinic, as well as providing administrative support for client related services. This role would include, but is not limited to, assisting graduate student clinicians in administrative matters, communicating with, checking in, and taking payments from clients, and coordinating with other clinic staff members. Answer phone calls from clients, assist in completing phone screening forms, triage emergency situations, and other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Associate's degree and three years' of moderately responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
