CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced IT Knowledge Management Senior to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to capture, store, and share knowledge within the organization. This role will work closely with IT and service teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. How you'll create opportunities in this IT Knowledge Management Senior role: * Develop and implement IT knowledge management strategies and processes. * Identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions to improve knowledge sharing and collaboration. * Work with IT teams to capture and store knowledge in a centralized repository. * Create and maintain a centralized knowledge management system to organize and share information across the organization. * Create and maintain knowledge management policies and procedures. * Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify knowledge management needs and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Train and educate IT teams on knowledge management best practices. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management strategies and make recommendations for improvement. * Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and accessibility of information within the knowledge management system. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge management practices are integrated into business processes. * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT knowledge management.
