Pay Rate: $17.00/hour to start

Work Schedule: Flexible Schedule to work within the hours of 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (candidate must have availability throughout the week, including weekends).

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan - must be 18 years of age to participate.

JOB SUMMARY:

Car Wash Attendant (Fort Carson) - Part-Time or Full-Time

Goodwill Staffing is seeking energetic Car wash Attendants to work for our client on Fort Carson. The Car Wash Attendants need to be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a clean facility. This role involves pre-washing cars, waiting on customers, and ensuring the car wash area is tidy. The position could lead to a long-term management opportunity for the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Perform excellent customer service to car wash customers
  • Maintain a clean facility
  • Pre-wash cars
  • Wait on customers
  • Ensure car wash area is tidy
  • Perform light maintenance



QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate Qualifications:




  • Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, valid car insurance, and valid registration to get on base*.



  • Ability to get on base (Fort Carson) - A SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECK IS REQUIRED BY THE U.S. ARMY*.



  • Availability to work some weekends and a flexible schedule.




Ideal Candidate:



  • Someone who is currently or previously worked on base.
  • A people-person who is energetic and motivated.
  • Looking for a position that offers potential for growth into a management role.


Education:



  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.


Experience:




  • Retail sales experience is a plus.



  • It is preferable if the candidate possesses some electrical, plumbing, and mechanical experience, preferably within a car wash environment.



  • Social media advertising experience is beneficial.




Other:



  • Non-slip shoes are preferred and highly recommended.
  • Car wash will provide shirts and jackets.
