THE JOB:

It is the responsibility of the on-call Table Games Dealer to perform the act of dealing table games while providing excellent guest service.You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE PAY RATE: $5.55 an hour plus tips

THE SCHEDULE: On Call | Swing Shift | 8:00pm - 4:00am

DAY TO DAY:

• Deal three or more Game Types proficiently; including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations
• Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game
• Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game
• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management
• Notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Meets the minimum age requirement of 21 years old
• Brings 6+ months of experience dealing multiple table games in a similar setting
• Demonstrates flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on the business needs
• Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Obtains a Mississippi Gaming Permit as required
• Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
