What you'll be doing...

The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects that support the successful delivery of IT services to clients. This involves overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and implementation, while ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs), client expectations, and business objectives. The Service Delivery Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service delivery managers, technical resources, and client stakeholders, to drive project success and achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities will include:

* Project Planning and Execution:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

Manage project execution, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

* Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.

Effectively communicate project status and progress to all stakeholders.

Manage expectations and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

* Service Delivery Integration:

Collaborate with service delivery managers to ensure seamless integration of new services or changes to existing services.

Validate that project deliverables meet SLA requirements and client expectations.

Support the transition of projects to ongoing operations.

* Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

Implement project management best practices and methodologies.

* Team Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Three or more years of relevant work experience in project management, preferably in a service delivery environment.

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree in Business, Information Technology or related field of study

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

  • ITIL certification or other relevant industry certifications.

  • Experience in the telecommunications industry.

  • Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed.

Where you'll be working
