About the Job

Inspire creative excellence as a VP, Associate Creative Director, Copy, leading cross-functional teams across multiple accounts and brands to drive innovative storytelling and strategic brand solutions. Collaborating with Art and agency partners, you will foster team growth, client satisfaction and creative vision. As a senior leader and company ambassador, you'll champion agency culture, talent development and revenue growth through new business and existing brand expansion. You will embody creative leadership, strategic thinking and inclusive management.

A Day in the Life

  • Lead creative ideation and execution, ensuring excellence across all projects.
  • Partner with Accounts, Senior Creative Leadership, and Clients to develop brand personality, positioning, and briefs.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage client relationships, understanding their brand, messaging, and vision.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, possessing in-depth account knowledge.
  • Supervise and mentor ACD Copy and copy teams, guiding career development.
  • Ensure resource optimization, managing billability, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Elevate agency culture, participating in industry events and internal initiatives.
  • Embody creative leadership, strategic thinking, and inclusive management.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field (preferred).
  • 9+ years of experience in Marketing/Advertising.
  • Portfolio showcasing strong writing ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and agency-specific software.
  • Expertise in social media, digital best practices, and healthcare copywriting (AMA style).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong mentorship and relationship-building abilities.
  • Effective multitasking, prioritization, and financial management skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range:

$160,000 to $220,000 annually.
