Counselor Supervisor $20,000 Sign on Bonus!! Pay Range: $70,000- $94,894 Job purpose Under the direction of the Treatment Director, the Counselor Supervisor performs direct supervision of the Counselors and Interns. Ensures that the treatment program provides quality clinical services. Monitor program development at the facility and maintains current level of programming. This position is responsible for individual staff development and training of supervisees. Includes direct care not limited to assessments, groups, education and case management. In some locations, this position may be 50% LADC responsibilities and 50% Supervision. Duties and responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
