Individual State Tax Analyst
We are looking for an experiencedIndividualTax professional to join our development team.As a Tax Analyst with Thomson Reuters, youwill make an immediate impact on how our clients accomplish their work. You will participate in the design, development, and testing of ourUltraTax CS product line using in-house development tools. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and prioritize requirementsfrom various entities to include external taxing authorities and our internal sources - allin an effort toprovide the most reliable tax software inthe industry.

About the Role
In this opportunity asIndividual State Tax Analystyou will:
Analyze tax forms and related laws to ensure our software is kept current Design the client interface, such as input/output screens, in our tax products Implement changes to our existing tax software products Write and/or communicate design and system flow specifications for software engineers Test software products

PossessaBachelor'sdegree in Accounting or equivalent experience Have three or more years of recent income tax experience or significant experience providing technical support to end users of tax software Hold extensive knowledge of Tax requirements Exhibit strong communication and computer skills Possess aCertified Public Accountant (CPA)orEnrolled Agent (EA)designation Have three or more years ofFederal andState Individual tax preparation experience Have experience with electronic filing of tax returns Have experience with state, city, and local income tax preparation

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $130,000.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
