Hours: 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (EST).

Location: 100% remote.

Job Profile Summary

This role focuses on performing activities associated with evaluating, developing, recommending, implementing, and carrying out the policies and procedures related to the delivery of high quality patient care. In addition, this role focuses on performing the following Customer Service duties: Guides the patient through the healthcare system and works to overcome obstacles that are in the way of the patient receiving the care and treatment they require. A professional individual contributor role that may direct the work of other lower level professionals or manage processes and programs. The majority of time is spent overseeing the design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies using specialized knowledge and skills typically acquired through advanced education. A senior level role that requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Typically, responsible for: managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision, coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals, resolving difficult and sometimes complex problems.

Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to drive project goals and objectives. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.

Job Description

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree

2. Five (5) years of experience in project management with experience coordinating cross-functional business units and/or multidisciplinary project teams

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in healthcare delivery environment desirable

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to describe the general nature of work and are not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

1. Assist in the development of assessment and opportunity identification, solution recommendations, and refinement of the implementation plans with the primary goal of driving integration and enhanced system and entity performance

2. Leads the team through the execution of the project and monitors the progress against the plan, initiate corrective action as necessary

3. Work to establish project management and tracking structure to establish consistent project management policies and guidelines for overall project organization

4. Partners with leadership team to collect and analyze data in support strategic planning processes. Responsible for outreach efforts to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders

5. Consults with leadership regarding analysis observations; provides recommendations regarding project/process improvements

6. Participates in assessment and opportunity identification, work plan development, and structured implementation planning to achieve all identified integration and performance enhancement opportunities

7. Assist in the coordination of organization-wide efforts to design solution to drive integration, performance improvement, savings initiatives, and opportunities

8. Manage stress appropriately, prioritize work schedule and collaborate with others

Physical Requirements:

1. Work environment: professional office environment with typical office requirements such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.

2. This is largely a sedentary role, which involves sitting most of the time, but may involve movements such as walking, standing, reaching, ascending / descending stairs and operate office equipment

3. Frequently required to speak, hear, communicate and exchange information

4. Able to see and read computers displays, read fine print, and/or normal type size print and distinguish letters, numbers and symbols

5. Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

6. Ability to work in confined or open environments

7. Ability to work independently or in a team environment

Skills & Abilities:

1. Must have demonstrated skills of project management; tools, concepts, and methodologies

2. Strong leadership skills; effective interpersonal skills to influence and guide solutions
