Explore our career opportunities below to learn more. This position is responsible for assisting with the supervision of all Returns TSM's to ensure maximum productivity is accomplished. Fills in for Supervisor in his/her absence by answering daily work process questions and assists in the decision making of the daily functions by providing guidance and direction to TSM's. Handles training, performance, and related employee issues with guidance of Supervisor. Acts as a liaison/lead between internal TSM's, department management, and Business Partners. Ensuring that all operational, as well as financial fiscal cut-offs are planned, executed, and completed. This position within the Distribution Center is responsible for the coordination of processing returns for Customers, Technicians, FSC's as well as to our Business partners of all Corporate Inventory. Selects and sorts products to ensure proper processes within D.O.T (Department of Transportation) guidelines and regulatory compliance. This TSM needs to be a highly motivated individual, self-starter with a positive, energetic attitude, proven computer and typing skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal/listening skills. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 3 or more years of related experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
