Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related specialized area or field or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.


Responsibilities for this Position

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

Sign on Bonus up to $3000

As an ECAD Siemens Xpedition Layout Designer, you'll be a member of a cross functional team, contributing to cost-sensitive secure product throughout each life cycle; from system architecture & requirements allocation through product release, production, and subsequent component obsolescence management.

DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Must have a thorough understanding of the design and documentation requirements of Printed Circuit Boards
  • Must be experienced in generating designs for Digital Signal processing, Hi Frequency RF PCB designs, and understand routing principles relating to hi-speed routing and interference design.
  • Must have multi-layer experience up to 24 layers, be conversant in PCB design and fabrication details, able to troubleshoot design data and configuration problems with outside vendors.
  • Must be comfortable working in an Integrated Product Team environment.
  • Must have extensive experience with Mentor Expedition
  • Extensive experience in design, drafting and detailing of mechanical fab, electro-mechanical assemblies, etc.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success

  • Demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of PWB design, part fabrication and assembly of electronics.

Workplace Options:

This is a Hybrid position and you will be a based at the Dedham, MA facility.

Target salary range: USD $125,259.00/Yr. - USD $130,000.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
