Responsibilities

Location: Wichita, KS

Key Accountabilities

  • Determines appropriate workload for machining assets and assigns appropriate amount of work to those assets.
  • Works with shop floor management to understand shop metrics, investigates anomalies within key metrics.
  • Reports capacity constraints, and evaluates potential mitigation actions for those constraints.
  • Works within Excel and SAP to present data in a meaningful way.
  • Performs day to day level loading and shop floor scheduling.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in capacity planning, production planning, or supply chain management, preferably within an aerospace manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with capacity planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and database management.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
