- Answer customer calls and provide pricing and availability quotes. - Process and enter sales orders - Manage order status updates, open order reports, etc. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and close orders. - Maintain customer portals and dealer relationships. - Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure successful order processing, including verifying order receipts and addressing any discrepancies or errors. MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM (1 hour lunch!) *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
