*Job Title: *Program Manager
*HQ: *$45.16 *Shift Schedule:* 8am-430pm Respective time zone (Potential OT for Events/Project) *Hybrid:* Required *onsite* 2 days per week which is subject to change based off business need *Training: *Peer to Peer - no formal onboarding training. Daily morning scrum. *Open-Ended Contract: *Open ended contract-extension and conversion based off budget and performance *Job Description**:* To manage, influence, and lead development direction and optimal performance of business unit program initiatives. Develop, implement, evaluate, and lead users to comply with best practices to ensure timely and effective channel/ program delivery and administration. To manage and facilitate implementation and coordination of small, multiple programs, or portions of a larger program that affect and involve business unit activities. Ensure management review of initiatives from concept through planning, analysis, design, and testing, implementation, and transition phases. Support program deliverables and solutions on schedule and within scope and budget. *Must haves:* *Project Coordination & Change Management are good search words* * *Project Planning experience * * *Coordination/Event Based work* * *Doc Spec/Tech Writer/Designer/Creative*: Translates well as long as they have the social skills * *Presentation Skills*: Comfortable leading a room of Leaders, VPs and High Level management * *Business Writing Skills*:* *Strong base in writing-mass emails to the org* * * *Technical Exp*: Currently use *Asana* to track projects; * *Sharepoint**; Full Microsoft Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, word * * Microsite 365: Product and Planner coming in the future * *ADO is more for agile projects which is not as applicable the company* * *Development and Engagement focused:* Behind the scenes figuring out ways to engage with other Business Units * *Heavy Coordination:* * *Strategy/Process Improvement:* * *Marketing experience:* Ex. Work on the company internal ENet webpage * *Create ad hoc teams* to support one another on these projects * *Team Set Up:* They tend to wait for their supervisor to tell them what to do rather than taking the initiative, provide suggestions and volunteering to do additional tasks * *Reporting:* Analytical exposure/experience is very helpful * *Internal Communication: Even how active you are in the team chat* *Day 2 Day:* * Not production based-each individual is graded differently based off their specific work * Supporting Leadership Engagement, summits townhalls etc * Presentation Drafting * Running employee and leader programs * Building these programs from scratch * Adhoc projects -currently working on 4 projects simultaneously. *Addition Notes from* *previous opening* * *This is different than a traditional PM/Operations Manager-* Most PMs are very project focused but this team focuses more on Engagement Events, Ability to publicly speak (ex. Townhall) * * Split between Event coordination and managing projects Ex. Hosting think tanks that came out from the annual employee engagements survey Ex. Develop a new Employee Recognition program * Not really dealing with technical projects, *moreso employee engagement, events, projects etc* * Supporting an entire department of 750+ employees * *Exposure to a lot of Leaders:* High level communication is very important since they are presenting up to SVPs * *Outside of financial services is fine, as long as that experience involves running *programs/events/engagement activities for large groups of people in some way * heavier on the programs/events management work and *lighter on the EA experience* would get us a closer fit * Not as much: Executive Assistant for High Level leaders can be good experience * Positive personality an energy *Qualifications:* * Teambuilding and employee engagement experience * Event planning * *Design* * *Project management* * Program development and execution * Experience with putting together decks for Executive level presentations* (Town hall twice a year and an in person leadership )* * Required Software: PowerPoint, Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Visio * High Level communication * High Level Coordinator *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.16/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
