TGS has been selected by Microsoft to provide enhanced IT Support services for their Game Studios. The Microsoft Game Studios IT groups need external services to handle various support functions. The acquisitions of Activision, Blizzard, King (ABK) and ZeniMax Game Studio Conglomerates have created the demand for a more unified method of Studio IT support and operations across Gaming and Studios. Services included in this SOW will develop a more consolidated service approach that will benefit the collective IT organizations supporting Game Studios. Additional Skills & Qualifications o 4+ years Experience Performing restore testing of backups * Requires direct communication with partner teams such as Studios IT and developers * Excellent communication and attention to detail required to assist partner teams in validating their backups o Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
