*Description*
*Execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and schedule top Insurance Sales agent candidates using various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools. *Collaborate with local branch teams to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruiting process. *Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates, assess their qualifications and interest, and provide timely scheduling with branch leaders. *Participate in ongoing recruiter training and development to enhance your ability to identify and select qualified candidates. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *Effective recruiters will be detail oriented individuals with the ability to follow written and verbal instruction. *Practical communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships while in a work from home setting. *Strong problem solving skills as our recruiters will be challenged when working with candidates and managers. *Successful recruiters rely on their time management and efficiency to accomplish multiple priorities to meet required deadlines *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.75 - $15.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
