Facets Test lead
Location: Malvern, PA(Remote)

Required Qualifications:
* BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
* Lead the testing efforts for various Trizetto products, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
* Provide expertise in NetworX and Facets configuration, claims to support testing activities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (configuration, SI, Product) to understand product requirements and specifications.
* Conduct thorough testing of Benefits and NetworX agreements to identify and resolve defects.
* Utilize domain knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Provider, and Payer to enhance testing processes.
* Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency.
* Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies.
* Support the development team in debugging and troubleshooting issues.
* Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and project deadlines.
* Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring high-quality products are delivered to the market.

Roles/Responsibilities:
* Review product, SI requirements and come up with test estimates.
* Build comprehensive test strategy to cover product features/fixes, SI and vendor testing.
* Review test artifacts(Test Scenarios, results) and coach testers.
* Be responsible for conducting reviews with client stakeholders and obtain approvals.
* Conduct defect triage.
* Provide inputs, develop and maintain automation scripts.
* Montor testing progress, assess risks and mitigation planning.

Work Authorization:
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 02/28/2025
The annual salary for this position is between $71,100 - $112,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
