Job DescriptionIssuing Solutions is a high-growth, multi-billion-dollar business unit within Visa's Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. Our group is responsible for building & commercializing products that improve issuing bank processing and cardholder experiences. Position Summary The Senior Director for Global Loyalty Content will be responsible for sourcing and curating loyalty content for Visa's global loyalty products. Content types could include offers from merchants and brands (both direct and affiliate), discounts and coupons on everyday spend and travel or affluent categories, experiences, and anything else that is relevant to Visa's issuer and merchant clients. Everyday activities will include assessing industry trends, identifying global and regional content needs, sourcing high-value earn and redemption content for the Loyalty Platform, and leading the team delivering Visa's overall loyalty content. This is a critical position reporting to the Head of Global Loyalty Value-Add Solutions. This role requires strong internal client-management to support the full product development lifecycle, structured problem solving, project management, and communication and persuasion. This individual will be expected to lead large cross-functional engagements, handle multiple projects at the same time, manage a team, and present to senior audiences. Responsibilities

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 191,700 to 262,950 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
