About the Opportunity: As a member of the Shared Services group, the Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for proactively coordinating new instrument sales orders in the scientific analytical instruments industry and providing superior customer service to our internal and external clients. You will cultivate strong partner relationships by serving as a main point of contact to ensure exceptional customer service, collaborate directly with overseas manufacturing and logistics teams, to ensure accurate order execution & delivery, and collaborate with Regional Sales Engineers to build professional relationships based on trust and respect. This is a hybrid position, based out of the Concord, MA office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
About the Candidate: We are looking for a highly driven professional with strong communication skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independantly, as well as part of a fantastic team! You are able to prioritize and handle time effectively, using good judgment and skill to complete tasks and effectively manage competing priorities. You have strong conflict resolution skills; able to follow escalation paths appropriately and address any issues as quickly as possible, and are able to manage change implementation within the organization positively and effectively.
