Milliman is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Health Research Team (HRT). This is a multifaceted role that combines responsibilities in product licensing administration and fulfillment, help desk support, SharePoint maintenance, and other general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and exhibit excellent communication abilities. The person in this role will have direct, daily client contact with numerous Health Research Team members, other Milliman professionals, and outside contacts (on occasion). This position reports to the Health Research Team's Senor Manager Project Management Office and Vendor Contract Management. Who We Are The Health Research Team supports Milliman products and practices in a variety of capacities. These include but are not limited to financial functions, client support, project management, data engineering, and data analytics services. As a shared service team, we pride ourselves in delivering high quality, timely support to Milliman's clients, consultants, and leadership teams. Salary: The salary range is $55,000 - $109,000 depending on a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. This is a fulltime, non-exempt position eligible for overtime after 40 hours of work, and subject to federal and state wage and hour laws.
