Director - Commercial Strategy & Enablement

As a Director of Commercial Strategy & Enablement, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives to improve our commercial sales operations, customer support, technical repair, and other customer-facing teams. This role will involve using skills in analytics, operations, and technology to help drive changes in process, people, and technology across various customer touchpoints.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for commercial sales and operations teams that align with business objectives.
  • Support the integration of technology to enhance back-office operations, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to designing service experiences for customer care and technical support aimed at commercial clients.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of marketing automation tools, social selling techniques, and lead scoring systems.
  • Help develop a digital sales enablement program to support sales representatives with necessary tools, content, and technology.
  • Assist in the evaluation and implementation of digital solutions like CRM, sales intelligence, and marketing automation.
  • Use data analytics to monitor sales channel performance, track sales KPIs, and assess the effectiveness of digital strategies to enhance lead quality and sales conversions.
  • Support initiatives for market expansion by applying data analytics and geographic tools to identify potential growth areas.
  • Promote digital literacy within the commercial teams by aiding in training and support for new technologies.
  • Work with marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive digital transformation projects.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Other job-related duties as requested


JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:



  • 4-8 years of experience in a strategic or operational role within B2B sales or tech industries.
  • Experience contributing to or supporting digital transformation projects in sales, customer service, or similar areas.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:



  • Basic understanding of sales, customer service, and technical support processes.
  • Familiarity with commercial technologies like CRM, sales intelligence, and marketing automation tools.
  • Emerging skills in data analysis and problem-solving, with a tendency towards data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Available to travel as needed.
