Are you looking to break into the world of Human Resources and utilize your administrative skills? Securian Financial is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will provide support to the Director of Talent Acquisition, coordinate and schedule complex interviews for talent acquisition team, and execute tasks to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new hires with various recruitment and administrative tasks. Working Arrangements: In this role, you would be expected to work 40 hours a week with typical work hours between 7 am - 5 pm. This role is primarily onsite and will sit at the HR front desk 4-5 days per week depending on interview and onboarding schedules.
