Job Purpose / Objective

• Provide service to clients while working directly with clients on engagements under the direct
  supervision of management

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Overseeing all aspects of attestation engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations for
  clients, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Conduct thorough audits, scrutinizing financial transactions, internal controls, and statements to
  ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory authorities.
• Identify client's accounting and reporting discrepancies, evaluate internal controls over financial
  reporting, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Draft clear and concise reports summarizing finding and recommendations for management.
• Additionally, update technical knowledge of accounting standards and supervise staff auditors.
  

Minimum Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field required;
• 3 years of experience in public accounting or related field
• 1 year supervisory experience required
• 3 years of experience working in GAAP required
• Must be able to travel domestically up to 4 times per year based on client and business needs

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $117,707- $126,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
