Description

We are seeking a TEMPORARY (5 WEEKS) Full Time Front Desk/Concierge (Union 32BJ) to join our team at 34 Berry Apartments in Brooklyn, New York.

This position is temporary Full-time - 8 hour shift - 5 days a week for 5 weeks.

Successful Candidates should possess the following job requirements:

Front Desk Concierge Job Duties:



  1. Offer and provide information and assistance to residents, prospective residents, vendors, contractors and management, as necessary.
  2. Promptly answers incoming calls, places outgoing calls, and schedules appointments.
  3. Accept and deliver packages to residents and property staff.
  4. Maintain package log
  5. Assist the maintenance staff by processing work orders.
  6. Follow up with residents on completed work orders.
  7. Inspect buildings and grounds for cleanliness and safety issues. Create a work order for any cleanliness issue and notify maintenance for any safety issues.
  8. Physically walk the lobby and surrounding areas on a frequent basis.
  9. May be required to work weekends.
