Pay: $30.72/hr - $37.30/hr

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of relevant experience if you do not hold a degree or 2 years of experience with an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field. A background in grant and project administration is essential, along with advanced experience in planning, real estate development, loan processing, housing development, redevelopment, accounting, marketing, advertising, or a closely related field.

Job Duties:



  • Utilize specialized databases to track and analyze data related to various projects and programs.
  • Present findings and contribute to community-driven initiatives while ensuring active participation in relevant activities.
  • Create, coordinate, and present current informational materials associated with projects, ensuring effective dissemination.
  • Compile and analyze data to produce accurate status reports and maintain detailed project records.
  • Organize and manage project documentation and databases.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
