Schedule

Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20 per hour

Requirements



  • 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • The capacity to prioritize tasks effectively



IT Support Specialist Job Tasks



  • Provide technical assistance and support to employees
  • Respond to customer requests in person, via phone, email, and the ticketing system
  • Effectively communicate with end-users to understand their technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose basic computer/technical issues
  • Resolve problems and ensure user satisfaction
