This position will be based out of Dallas, TX

* Efficiently design and control the operations of storage, safekeeping, handling, packaging and transfer of finished products. (Distribution Center, Dallas, TX)

* Ensure compliance with the operational and financial indicators of the logistics operation, through the planning, execution and control of supply, storage, safekeeping, handling, packaging and transfer of products to points of sale and distribution customers.

* Manage the administration of expenses and budgets of the distribution center.

* Verify and ensure the integrity of the repackaging and shipment in entries and exits (physical check), safety of the reshipment and shipment and physical condition of the material.

* Maintain control of material movement in the warehouse physically and in the system.

* Maintain the order of the winery, based on a pre-established lay-out, seeking maximum optimisation of the winery.

* Attend to repackaging and shipping requests.

* Ensure the correct safeguarding of the product, storage, packaging and handling of the same

* Control and supervise the dispatch of repackaging and shipment by applying the FIFO system (First In, First Out)

* Coordinate the processes and returns system, as well as their correct management.

* Take responsibility for ensuring inventory quality (Incoming and Exit Control) and conducting monthly physical inventories.

* Control the delivery of products to the customer.

Working Conditions include:

* Distribution offices (warehouse Dallas).

* Possibility to travel between the different warehouses

* Continues visits to clients.

Bachelor's or Engineering degree focusing on Distribution and Logistics

5 to 8 years of experience as a warehouse coordinator or supervisor in the area of logistics or distribution, inventory coordinator, personnel management and administration.

Bi-lingual in Spanish is desired

* Knowledge of logistics and distribution systems, Finished Product Warehouse Management.
