Our Global Innovation & Development group located in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking a Technical Operator to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly. Shift: 2nd, Mon - Fri, 3pm - 11pm Our Team Phillips Medisize, a privately owned, global CDMO, collaborates with industry leaders and innovators to design and manufacture drug delivery systems, medical devices and diagnostic tools that save and improve the quality of life for millions of patients annually. What You Will Do * Run and operate injection molding presses, assembly machines and processes, and other related equipment to ensure efficient production processes * Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts in both molding and assembly settings to maintain high-quality standards * Read, comprehend and adhere to operator work instructions * Trim and package parts according to detailed work instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency * Share job status with peers across shifts, and collaborate with the support team to resolve any issues or process variations * Assist the shift's Mold Tech when assembly and molding operations allow; filling in during their absence. Take on responsibilities such as setting up, starting and changing over injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * 2+ years of manufacturing experience What Will Put You Ahead * Experience working with injection molding machines or processes * ERP System experience * Team oriented and self-directing * Strong commitment to quality, safety, and communication This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.
