*Description*
* Answer 50-80 calls per day from customers inquiring about company products, shipping/order status, product questions, etc. * Communicate with customers via email, and internal company portal * Accurately document all customer interactions via CRM system * Review and process customer inquiries and customer returns * Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies) * Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary *Skills* Customer service, Help desk support, Call center, Customer support, call center environment, manufacturing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * 1+ years of customer service or order entry experience within manufacturing or logistics company * HS Diploma *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
