*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Administrator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include being present in the office to accommodate auditors, and acting as the point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and deliveries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of handling administrative tasks efficiently. * * *Key Responsibilities:* * Serve as the main point of contact in the office, greeting and assisting visitors, auditors, and delivery personnel. * Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries or forwarding to the appropriate department. * Manage and organize incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication. * Handle and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized office environment. * Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ordering office supplies. * Assist with documentation and record-keeping as required. * Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration in healthcare or related fields are a plus. * Proven experience as an office administrator, receptionist, or similar role, preferably in the healthcare field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. * Positive attitude and professional appearance. *Working Hours:* * Full-time position with standard office hours. Occasional flexibility may be required. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
