*MUST HAVES:* * 1+ years of customer service or order entry experience within manufacturing or logistics company * HS Diploma *Description:* * Review and process customer inquiries * Review and process customer returns * Act as a resource for returned goods and provide support to customers and internal team members for related inquiries * Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies) * Communicate credit date commitments to customers to ensure that notices are given in advance and provide as much notice as possible * Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary *Shift:* Monday - Friday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM. with 45 min lunch *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
