Description: Their content team is 107% over capacity and projected to be over 300% capacity by next year. They recently got a marketing project management tool - Wrike. that has helped them capture this data and gave them the business case to go ahead and move forward with hiring. They have a large backlog because they have only been focusing on new projects. Some of that backlog includes their osc - redesign of their portal that their customers log into to manage their accounts and need someone to write the copy for the portal. As well as they also have to revisit their pieces every 2-4 years since they are highly regulated and be sure old pieces still meet compliance and usually have to rework them.
